As provided for in Section 3.1 of the 08-07-19 Planned Position Side Letter, which temporarily amended Section 15.4 (Planned Position Vacancy) of the MOU, the City Manager was delegated authority to enter into this Acknowledged Termination at such time that the intent of the 08-07-19 Planned Position Side Letter is accomplished and the number of planned vacancies returns to the maximum of the four (4) personnel needed to staff one (1) full Engine Company per shift. The City Manager has determined that this has occurred.
