Contract Assignment definition

Contract Assignment means, with respect to the Mortgaged Property, the Assignment of Contracts, Licenses, Permits, Agreements, Warranties and Approvals, dated as of the Closing Date and executed by the Borrower.
Contract Assignment means an assignment and assumption of Assumed Contracts substantively in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E.
Contract Assignment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) hereof.
