Seller’s Affidavit. An owner's affidavit substantially in the form attached hereto as Schedule 6 (“Seller's Affidavit”), stating that there are no known boundary disputes with respect to the Property, that there are no parties in possession of the Property other than Seller and the tenants under the Leases, that there are no brokers except as disclosed herein, that any improvements or repairs made by, or for the account of, or at the instance of Seller to or with respect to the Property within ninety (90) days prior to the Closing have been paid for in full (or that adequate provision has been made therefore to the reasonable satisfaction of the Title Company), and including such other matters as may be reasonably requested by the Title Company;
