Original Certification Sample Clauses

In practice, this clause requires the certifying party to confirm that the information or document is not a copy or altered version, and that it is the true and original version as intended. This helps prevent disputes over the validity of documents and ensures that all parties can rely on the integrity of the materials exchanged, thereby reducing the risk of fraud or misrepresentation.
