Tenant Notices. At the Closing, Seller shall furnish Buyer with a signed notice to be given to each tenant of the Property. The notice shall disclose that the Property has been sold to Buyer, that, after the Closing, all rents should be paid to Buyer and that Buyer shall be responsible for all the tenant’s security deposit. The form of the notice shall be otherwise reasonably acceptable to the parties. Buyer covenants to deliver said notices to each tenant as soon as reasonably possible after Closing. This provision shall expressly survive Closing.
