Tenant Notices. At the Closing, Seller shall furnish Buyer with a signed notice to be given to each tenant of the Property. The notice shall disclose that the Property has been sold to Buyer, that, after the Closing, all rents should be paid to Buyer and that Buyer shall be responsible for all the tenant’s security deposit. The form of the notice shall be otherwise reasonably acceptable to the parties. Buyer covenants to deliver said notices to each tenant as soon as reasonably possible after Closing. This provision shall expressly survive Closing.
Tenant Notices. Signed statements or notices to all tenants of the Property notifying such tenants that the Property has been transferred to Purchaser and that Purchaser is responsible for security deposits (specifying the amounts of such deposits).

Tenant Notices. Notices to tenants, in form reasonably acceptable to Buyer, advising them of the transfer and directing payment of rent and other charges to a designated representative of Buyer.

On or before the Closing Date, Seller (or its property manager) and Buyer shall execute a notice to the tenants of the Property, in the form of Exhibit N attached hereto, informing tenants that the Property has been sold by Seller to Buyer. Immediately following the Closing, Seller’s property manager shall deliver such notices to all of the tenants of the Property.
