Rounding Any financial ratios required to be maintained by the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement shall be calculated by dividing the appropriate component by the other component, carrying the result to one place more than the number of places by which such ratio is expressed herein and rounding the result up or down to the nearest number (with a rounding-up if there is no nearest number).
Log Prices The following price schedule shall be designated as the contract value and shall apply to all logs removed from designated timber. Payment shall be for net log scale, unless noted. Linear Interpolation Where Linear Interpolation is specified as applicable in respect of an Interest Period in the applicable Final Terms, the Rate of Interest for such Interest Period shall be calculated by the Agent by straight line linear interpolation by reference to two rates based on the relevant Reference Rate (where Screen Rate Determination is specified as applicable in the applicable Final Terms) or the relevant Floating Rate Option (where ISDA Determination is specified as applicable in the applicable Final Terms), one of which shall be determined as if the Designated Maturity were the period of time for which rates are available next shorter than the length of the relevant Interest Period and the other of which shall be determined as if the Designated Maturity were the period of time for which rates are available next longer than the length of the relevant Interest Period provided however that if there is no rate available for a period of time next shorter or, as the case may be, next longer, then the Agent shall determine such rate at such time and by reference to such sources as it determines appropriate.
Daily All time worked after forty-eight (48) hours per week or after ten (10) hours per day, or before seven o’clock in the forenoon (7:00 a.m.) and six o’clock in the afternoon (6:00 p.m.) shall be deemed overtime work or shift work and shall be paid at time and one-half (1 1/2) the regular shift rate, save and except shift work.
Regular Rate The regular rate of pay is defined as the employee's prescribed rate per hour, including any applicable shift pay, prison ("P" rate) pay, hazard pay, and on call pay.
PERCENTAGE GOAL The goal for Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) participation in the work to be performed under this contract is 23.7 % of the contract amount.
Component An element of a Project for which the Design Professional agrees to prepare or segregate Construction Documents as a discrete package to permit procurement of the described items or the commencement of the construction of the described element of the Project.
Ratio So long as a full-time position exists there will be no splitting of that position into two or more part-time positions without the agreement of the Union, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld.

Number of Days In computing the number of days for purposes of this Agreement, all days shall be counted, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays; provided, however, that if the final day of any time period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday on which federal banks are or may elect to be closed, then the final day shall be deemed to be the next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or such holiday.
