Death During Severance Period. In the event of the Executive’s death during the Severance Period, payments of Base Salary under this Section 5.4 and payments under the Company’s employee benefit plan(s) shall continue to be made in accordance with their terms during the remainder of the Severance Period to the beneficiary designated in writing for such purpose by the Executive or, if no such beneficiary is specifically designated, to the Executive’s estate.
Death During Severance Period. If you die during the Severance Period, any Benefits remaining to be paid to you shall be paid to the beneficiary designated by you to receive those Benefits (or in the absence of designation, to your surviving spouse or next of kin).
Death During Severance Period. If Employee dies during the Severance Period, then the Severance Period shall immediately cease, Employer shall not be obligated to make any further payments pursuant to this Section 7, and the provisions of Section 8.1 hereof shall apply as though Employee's death had occurred immediately prior to termination of Employee's employment hereunder.

In the event of Executive's death while he is receiving benefits pursuant to Section 6(a)(i)(C) hereof, the Company shall continue providing and paying for group health plan, life and similar insurance plan coverage or Company-sponsored arrangements providing comparable benefits to the covered dependents through the Change of Control Severance Period.
Death During Severance Period. In the event of the Executive's death during the Severance Period, all remaining severance pay due to the Executive under Section 4.1.1 shall be payable immediately to the Executive's designated beneficiary.

Subject to Section 4.1, in the event of the Executive’s death during the Severance Period, payments of the Severance Payment shall continue to be made during the remainder of the Severance Period, and any unpaid bonus payments under Section 5.1.1(c) shall be paid on the terms set forth therein, to the beneficiary designated in writing for this purpose by the Executive or, if no such beneficiary is specifically designated, to the Executive’s estate. Except for the medical benefits described in Section 5.1.1(d) or as otherwise required by law, the provision of Severance Benefits by the Company shall end on the date of the Executive’s death.

In the event of Employee's death while he is receiving benefits pursuant to Section 6(e)(i)(a) hereof, the Company shall continue providing and paying for group health plan, life and similar insurance plan coverage or Company-sponsored arrangements providing comparable benefits to the covered dependents through period set forth in Section 6(e)(i)(a)(C).
Death During Severance Period. In the event of your death while you are employed by the Company, your then current Base Salary shall continue to be paid to your legal representative for a period of 120 days following the date of your death; and for a period of three (3) years following your death, the Company shall continue to provide to your spouse and dependents the health insurance coverage described above. If you die during the Severance Period, all cash amounts which would have been payable to you under this Exhibit "A", unless otherwise provided for herein, shall be paid immediately in accordance with the terms of this Agreement to your estate.
