Cash Amounts definition

Cash Amounts means, in respect of any Person (i) amounts of cash actually paid by such Person to any other Person or (ii) amounts to be paid by such person to any other Person that are classified as accounts payable; provided, for the avoidance of doubt, that any amount previously counted as a Cash Amount pursuant to clause (ii) may not be counted as a Cash Amount pursuant to clause (i) in a subsequent year’s calculation of the Aggregate Annual Obligation.
Cash Amounts means, of any Person and as of any time, all cash and cash equivalents, bank and other depositary accounts and safe deposit boxes, demand accounts, certificates of deposit, time deposits, checks, negotiable instruments, marketable securities and securities and brokerage accounts, in each case of such Person as of such time, such amounts calculated in a manner consistent with the Transaction Accounting Principles, and in each case excluding Restricted Cash.
Cash Amounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.12.

Cash Amounts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

Cash Amounts means, of any Person, and as at the time being measured, all cash and cash equivalents, bank deposits, deposits in transit, investment accounts, lockboxes, certificates of deposit, bank accounts, marketable securities and liquid short-term investments determined in accordance with GAAP, expressed in U.S. Dollars less the aggregate amount to be paid under all outstanding checks written or outstanding wires initiated from any account of such Person; provided, however, that with respect to any of the foregoing that are denominated in a currency other than U.S. Dollars, such items should be calculated, consistent with past practice, based on the relevant currency exchange rate in effect at the close of business in Chicago, Illinois on such date on xxx.xx.xxx.
