Circumstances. If at or about 11.00 am on the Quotation Date for an Interest Period in respect of any LIBOR Revolving Loan the Agent (in consultation with the Lenders) determines it is not possible by reason of circumstances affecting the London Interbank Market generally (i) to determine LIBOR in accordance with its definition, or (ii) for the Lenders to obtain requisite matching deposits in the required currency in the London Interbank Market at the relevant time to fund their respective shares during such Interest Period, or (iii) for the Majority Lenders to obtain such deposits for such period at a cost less than or equal to the rate offered to the Agent in accordance with the definition of LIBOR, then the Agent shall forthwith notify Ideal and the Lenders and notwithstanding the provisions of clause 7, the Interest Period in respect of that LIBOR Revolving Loan and the amount of interest payable in respect of that LIBOR Revolving Loan during its Interest Period shall be determined in accordance with the following provisions of this clause 8.
