Data Updates, Latency and Refresh. (A) For Large Transporter data, the data displayed on the SCOGES service must be no greater than 48 hours old. The Large Transporter data viewable on „D‟ will be the data as held on the Transporter‟s systems at „D-1‟ (where „D‟ is a Business Day). The Large Transporters receive Meter Point, Supply Point and asset data from Shippers for update to UK-Link systems. This data is processed in accordance with UK-Link performance standards. When data has been updated in the UK-Link systems, it will be populated on SCOGES for view on the following Business Day.

Data Updates, Latency and Refresh. For Large Transporter data, the data displayed on the SCOGES service must be no greater than 48 hours old. The Large Transporter data viewable on ‘D’ will be the data as held on the Transporter’s systems at ‘D-1’ (where ‘D’ is a business day). The Large Transporters receive meter point, supply point and asset data from Shippers for update to UKLink systems. This data is processed in accordance with UKLink performance standards. When data has been updated in the UKLink systems, it will be populated on SCOGES for view on the following business day. Small Transporters must submit data to the SCOGES Service Provider on a monthly basis. Please refer to the reference document held on the SPAA website xxx.xxxx.xx.xx which shows when each Transporter last updated SCOGES. Small Transporters should use reasonable endeavours to submit their files within the first 2 weeks of the month. The Small Transporter needs to assure itself that should the data fail they have the time to correct and resubmit within the month. For Small Transporter data, the Service Provider will load data the working day after receipt (i.e. on or before the first working day of the next month). The Service Provider will load late files (i.e. those received after midnight on the last business day of the month) on a reasonable endeavours basis. SCOGES should be updated daily overnight. When users log into the service, the date of the last data refresh will be shown. Smoking: Persons working under Agreement shall adhere to the TIPS Member’s or local smoking statutes, codes, ordinances, and policies.
