Asset Data definition

Asset Data means all data, reports and other information held by Xxxx-XxXxx relating directly to the Assets and forming part of the property jointly owned by Xxxx-XxXxx and the other parties to an Operating Agreement in accordance with its terms, but excluding all internal communications within Xxxx-XxXxx and between Xxxx-XxXxx and its Affiliates and internal memoranda, reports, interpretations and documents created for Xxxx-XxXxx’x (or its Affiliates’) own use and excluding Traded Data and the Asset Documents;
Asset Data means all data held by the Seller (excluding Traded Data) directly relating to Block [ ] whether in hard copy or in original form (where available) including but not limited to geoscientific and engineering data and logs;
Asset Data has the meaning given in clause 3.1(a). Associates has the meaning given to that term under Section 12 of the Corporations Act.

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Recyclable Materials means materials that are separated from mixed municipal solid waste for the purpose of recycling or composting, including paper, glass, plastics, metals, automobile oil, batteries, source-separated compostable materials, and sole source food waste streams that are managed through biodegradative processes.
