Dark Fiber Dedicated Transport. AT&T shall provide UNE Dedicated Transport Dark Fiber under the following terms and conditions in this subsection. AT&T is not required to provide Loop Dark Fiber on an 251(c)(3) Unbundled basis. (For definitional purposes only, Loop Dark fiber is fiber within an existing fiber optic cable that has not yet been activated through optronics to render it capable of carrying communications service.)

Dark Fiber Dedicated Transport. CenturyLink’s un-activated optical interoffice transmission facilities, dedicated to **CLEC, that are within CenturyLink’s network and connect CenturyLink switches or Wire Centers within the same LATA and State. Dark Fiber Dedicated Transport does not include transmission facilities between the CenturyLink network and **CLEC’s network or the location of **CLEC’s equipment.

Dark Fiber Dedicated Transport. 83.1. Subject to Section 78.0 and its subsections, CenturyLink shall provide access to unbundled Dark Fiber Dedicated Transport under the following terms and conditions. Rates and charges applicable to Dark Fiber Dedicated Transport will be provided through the BFR process.

Dark Fiber Dedicated Transport. 83.3.1. CenturyLink will provide unbundled Dark Fiber Dedicated Transport between any pair of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers, except where both Wire Centers defining the route are either Tier 1 or Tier 2 Wire Centers. In other words, CenturyLink will provide unbundled Dark Fiber Dedicated Transport only if a CenturyLink Wire Center on either end of the route requested by **CLEC is a Tier 3 Wire Center.

  • Dedicated Transport A DS0-, DS1-, or DS3-capacity transmission facility between Verizon switches (as identified in the LERG) or UNE Wire Centers, within a LATA, that is dedicated to a particular end user or carrier. Dedicated Transport is sometimes referred to as dedicated interoffice facilities ("IOF"). Dedicated Transport does not include any facility that does not connect a pair of Verizon UNE Wire Centers.

  • Dark Fiber Transport Dark Fiber Transport is defined as Dedicated Transport that consists of unactivated optical interoffice transmission facilities without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics. Except as set forth in Section 6.9.1 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to Dark Fiber Transport Entrance Facilities pursuant to this Agreement.

  • One-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.3.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from PCS to Verizon, PCS, at PCS’s own expense, shall:

  • Signaling Link Transport 9.2.1 Signaling Link Transport is a set of two or four dedicated 56 kbps transmission paths between Global Connection-designated Signaling Points of Interconnection that provide appropriate physical diversity.

  • Tandem Switched Transport 7.3.4.2.1 For traffic delivered through a CenturyLink or CLEC tandem Switch (as defined in the Agreement), the Parties agree that, because this State is a new market for CLEC, tandem switched transport functions for Exchange Service (EAS/Local) non-transit traffic shall be compensated based upon the xxxx and keep compensation mechanism. Xxxx and keep will apply to both the tandem switching rate and the tandem transmission rate.   • Terminals Hartford Terminal. Hartford Terminal is located at or near Hartford, Illinois. The facility consists of a two-bay truck rack with 17,000 barrels of active terminaling capacity, 13 above-ground storage tanks with approximately 1.1 million barrels of total storage capacity. The Hartford barge dock consists of a single-berth barge loading facility, approximately 0.8 miles of 8-inch pipeline and approximately 0.8 miles of 14-inch pipeline from the Hartford terminal to the Hartford barge dock for delivery.

  • Network Interconnection 26.1 Interconnection between the networks of different SERVICE PROVIDERs shall be as per National Standards of CCS No.7 issued from time to time by Telecom Engineering Centre (TEC) and also subject to technical feasibility and technical integrity of the Networks and shall be within the overall framework of interconnection regulations issued by the TRAI from time to time. However, if situation so arises, INTERCONNECTION with R2MF signaling may be permitted by LICENSOR.

  • Interconnection Point The Service Provider is responsible for connecting to the LFC Network at the Interconnection Point. The LFC may only change an Interconnection Point if a change is necessary to protect the security or integrity of that Interconnection Point in order to maintain the continuity of supply of the Wholesale Services.
