Damage by Xxxxxx. Except for ordinary wear and tear, Xxxxxx will promptly reimburse Landlord for any costs that Landlord may incur in making repairs or alterations in and to the Premises, the Project or facilities, systems or equipment of the Project (and in no event will the provisions of Section 17.6 apply to such reimbursement obligation), where the need for such repairs or alterations is caused by Tenant or any Tenant Related Parties.
Damage by Xxxxxx. If the damage is the fault of the Tenant, then the Tenant shall reimburse the Landlord the cost of making repairs and there shall not be any abatement or adjustment of rent.
Damage by Xxxxxx. Except for ordinary wear and tear, Xxxxxx shall promptly reimburse Landlord for any costs that Landlord may incur in making repairs and alterations in and to the Premises, the Building, Building Systems, the Project or facilities, systems or equipment of the Project (and in no event shall the provisions of Section 18.7 apply to such reimbursement obligation), where the need for such repairs or alterations is caused by any of the following: (a) Tenant’s use or occupancy of the Premises in a fashion that contravenes any provision of this Lease; (b) the installation, removal, use, or operation of Tenant’s Property; (c) the moving of Tenant’s Property into or out of the Building; or (d) any misuse, tortious act, omission, or negligence of any Tenant Related Parties.
Damage by Xxxxxx. The Lessee undertakes to using the Leasehold subject to the provisions of this contract and to ensuring that during the entire term of the lease, the Leasehold and all of the facilities located therein shall be in proper condition, other than reasonable wear, and to avoiding causing damage and/or breakage to the Leasehold and/or any of its facilities. Without derogating from the above, the Lessee undertakes to immediately repairing, at its expense, any damage caused to the Leasehold by the Lessee or by those coming to the Leasehold.
Damage by Xxxxxx. Xxxxxx agrees to pay for all damage done to the Premises or the Building by Xxxxxx and its officers, agents and employees or any other person permitted in the Premises by Xxxxxx, other than same resulting from Xxxxxxxx’s acts, agents and employees, or negligence.
Damage by Xxxxxx. The Tenants, members of their family, their guests, or any other person on the Property with their consent, shall not deliberately, negligently, accidentally, or otherwise destroy, deface, damage, impair, or remove any part of the Property or permit any person to do so, whether known by the Tenants or not. If any such damage occurs, the Tenants are liable to the Landlord for the costs of repair to the damaged parts of the Property, including, but not limited to, appliances, fixtures, equipment, lawn furniture, plants, trees, shrubbery, grass, or ground cover.
