Customization of GIS Workflow Management System as per the Requirement of Departments. The successful bidder shall be responsible for customization of GIS workflow management system for five line departments. Coverage of scope will be finalised mutually with RISL, Line Department and the selected bidder. After finalization of scope, the selected bidder shall be intimated through written communication (e-mail, letter, etc.) for each Line Department. However, the broad level of activities that to be performed by the selected bidder, ‘but not limited to’ is mentioned below: - • Requirement gathering and preparation of SRS for each Line Department • Development and Customization of GIS Workflow Management System as per the requirement of each Line Department. • Conduct Testing (Functional, Performance and Security Testing) • Workflow system should be associated with activities of various approvals. • Integration with existing Department applications. • GIS workflow management system should have the provision to graphically represent the configured workflows for the activities of the department.

  • Joint Network Implementation and Grooming Process Upon request of either Party, the Parties shall jointly develop an implementation and grooming process (the “Joint Grooming Process” or “Joint Process”) which may define and detail, inter alia:

The Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected and the wind plant Developer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.
