Customer’s Obligation to Cooperate. 3.1 The customer shall assist SOFiSTiK, to a reasonable extent, in the fulfilment of SOFiSTiK’s contractual obligations.

Customer’s Obligation to Cooperate. 1.2.1. The Customer shall immediately notify the Bank in writing of any changes made in time in the formation provided by the Customer to the Bank including but not limited to name, surname, telephone, address, marital status, disqualification, restriction, authority/signatory, dismissal of power and the information provided in the Retail Customer Application Form and other application forms relating to the Bank’s products and deliver the Bank any documents relating to these changes, which may be required by the Bank and are duly and properly issued.

Customer’s Obligation to Cooperate. 5.1. The Customer shall provide any and all sorts of information and documents requested from it by the Bank in connection with the banking services that it will apply for under the provisions of this Agreement in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case that the Customer is a foreign person or the documents have been written in a foreign language; the Bank may request for Notarized translations of such documents at the Customer’s cost and expense. The Bank shall be entitled to obtain, record, and use all such information and documents or copies thereof provided by the Customer under the applicable legislation. The Bank may demand in all transactions that the sources of the money and negotiable instruments and other assets deposited by the Customer be identified or proved duly.
Customer’s Obligation to Cooperate. The Customer shall support the Contractor in the performance of the Contractor's obligations under the contract at the Customer's expense. These obligations to cooperate specifically include the following: - observing the symptoms, the software, the system and hardware environment closely when faults are notified and providing the Contractor at the time of notifying the fault with all information useful for resolving the fault such as the versions of the software and the operating system and the hardware environment and any third party software running simultaneously; - providing the Contractor with log files for any malfunctions determined to make them reproducible; - using its best efforts to support the Contractor in determining the cause of a fault and instructing its staff to cooperate with the Contractor's agents (if required); - permitting the staff commissioned to perform the services under the Agreement by the Contractor remote access to the computers on which the software to be serviced is saved and/or running; - installing the software or software parts (patches, bug fixes) according to the Contractor's instructions (immediately) and complying with the Contractor's proposals and instructions for remedying faults; - attending test runs either personally or through a competent member of staff who is au- thorized to assess and decide on faults, extensions or limitations of functionalities and software structure modifications.
Customer’s Obligation to Cooperate. 7.1 It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the functionality of the working environment of the program. The customer shall also take precautions in the event that the program does not work properly in whole or in part (e.g. by data backup, documentation of software use, fault diagnosis, regular checking of results, emergency planning).
