CUSTOMER SATISFACTION INDEX Sample Clauses

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION INDEX. The Union and employees recognize the importance of a positive CSI and agree to work together with the Company in an effort to improve the Dealership’s CSI score. The Company will continue to post CSI scores on an ongoing basis. As it is important that employees fully understand the importance of a strong CSI, the Company will hold monthly meetings to review current CSI scores and any topics relevant to the Technicians. It is understood that while these meetings are voluntary, all employees are expected to be aware of the topics covered in these meetings. Whenever employees are asked to help the Company satisfy a customer, it is understood that negative actions directly in front of customers can damage the Company’s image and CSI rating.
