Sales Channels. In the event that any third party -------------- sales channel (e.g., Intellysis) facilitates the participation of any Level One or Level Two service corporate client, then the parties agree to renegotiate (and equitably adjust) the terms of consideration set forth in Schedule I hereto to take into consideration any commission payment which may be due to such third party sales channel.

Sales Channels. While Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to select an appropriate sales channel(s) through which to sell a Member Service Item, Company makes no representation that a given Service Item will sell, or that the sales channel(s) selected will yield the highest possible sales price for that Service Item. Company will have no liability to Member with respect to its selection of a sales channel or the price at which a sale is made, absent willful misconduct on the part of Company.
Sales Channels. BBC is entitled to produce, package, market, -------------- advertise, sell and distribute Licensed Products to individual consumers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors and institutional accounts in and through all media and distribution channels.
