Customer Location; Services Outside of Normal ZEISS Working Hours. If Customer requests any Services to be performed outside the 48 conterminous states, Customer must schedule the Services in advance with ZEISS by giving ZEISS 5 business days’ prior written notice of such service request, and ZEISS may agree to provide such Services in its sole discretion. If the Customer requests a Services response outside of ZEISS’s Normal Working Hours, Customer will pay all additional costs arising in connection with ZEISS personnel traveling to Customer’s location, and other costs arising out of Services provided outside of ZEISS’s Normal Working Hours. If ZEISS, in its sole discretion, agrees to perform Services requested outside the 48 conterminous states or outside of ZEISS’s Normal Working Hours, such Services shall be subject to a separate Quote, which shall contain, without limitation, a description of the Services, the Services rate(s), the Services period and hours and payment terms. All Quotes are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If Customer requests any Services to be performed outside the forty-eight (48) conterminous states, Customer must schedule the Services in advance with ZEISS by giving ZEISS five (5) business days’ prior written notice of such service request, and ZEISS may agree to provide such Services in its sole discretion. If the Customer requests a Services response outside of ZEISS’s Normal Working Hours, Customer will pay all additional costs arising in connection with ZEISS personnel traveling to Customer’s location, and other costs arising out of Services provided outside of ZEISS’s Normal Working Hours. If ZEISS, at its sole discretion, agrees to perform Services requested outside the forty-eight (48) conterminous states or outside of ZEISS’s Normal Working Hours, such Services shall be subject to an individual schedule which shall contain, without limitation, a description of the Services, the Services rate(s), the Services period and hours and payment terms (each schedule a “Work Order”). All Work Orders are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Service Locations X.X. Xxxxxx maintains various operational/service centers and locations in the United States and foreign jurisdictions. The services provided under this Agreement may be provided from one or more such locations. X.X. Xxxxxx may change the operational/service centers and locations as it deems necessary or appropriate for its business concerns.

  • Service Location The services shall be performed at all contracting and participating facilities of the Contractor.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)

  • Standard Work Week The standard work week shall be thirty-five (35) hours and is composed of five (5) consecutive standard work days.

  • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The Executive shall travel to such places on the business of the Company in such manner and on such occasions as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.
