Common use of Crossing of Picket Lines Clause in Contracts

Crossing of Picket Lines. Employees in the bargaining unit, while acting in the course of their employment, shall not refuse to cross any picket line established by any labor organization when called upon to cross such picket line in the line of duty. It is understood, however, that no employee shall be disciplined or discharged for refusal to cross a picket line:
