Crossing of Picket Lines. 13 Employees in the bargaining unit, while acting in the course of their employment, 14 shall not refuse to cross any picket line established by any labor organization when called 15 upon to cross such picket line in the line of duty as required by the County to fulfill the 16 personal functions of their office.
