Criteria for Promotion to Associate Professor. III.8.3.1.1 A candidate who is being recommended for tenure and who is simultaneously eligible to be considered for promotion to Associate Professor shall be recommended for promotion to Associate Professor by the Departmental/Program Tenure Committee, provided that the candidate is entirely satisfactory in the performance of the duties and responsibilities as set out in IV.1.1.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities.   • Central Negotiating Team In central bargaining between the Ontario Nurses' Association and the Participating Hospitals, a nurse serving on the Union's Central Negotiating Team shall be paid for time lost from the nurse's regularly scheduled straight time working hours at her or his regular rate of pay, and without loss of leave credits, for attending central negotiating meetings with the Hospitals' Central Negotiating Committee up to, but not including, arbitration. Central Negotiating Team members shall receive unpaid time off for the purpose of preparation for negotiations. The Union will advise the Hospitals concerned, as far in advance as possible, of the dates for which leave is being requested. Upon reference to arbitration, the Central Negotiating Team members shall receive unpaid time off for the purpose of attending arbitration hearings.

  • Contract for Professional Services of Physicians Optometrists, and Registered Nurses In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 2254.008(a)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Union Negotiating Committee (a) The Employer shall recognize a Union Negotiating Committee that may include, as determined by the Union:

  • Function of Bargaining Committee All matters pertaining to performance of work, operational problems, rates of pay, hours of work, collective bargaining, and other working conditions, shall be referred by the Union bargaining committee to the Employer for discussion and settlement.
