CREDITS ON TRANSFER WITH SAME EMPLOYER. Where an Employer owns, operates or has shares in other hotels covered by this Agreement and transfers an employee to such an operation, all vacation and severance benefits will continue. It is clearly understood that where an employee requests a transfer, Section 14.05 shall not apply.
