Creation and Issue of Special Warrants. A total of up to 20,000,000 Special Warrants are hereby created and authorized to be issued and shall be executed by the Company and certified by or on behalf of the Trustee upon the written order of the Company and delivered by the Trustee to the Company in accordance with the written direction of the Company.
