Course Reserves (Print and Electronic). Participating Institutions and Authorized Users may use a reasonable portion of the Licensed Materials for use in connection with specific courses of instruction offered by the Licensee and/or the Participating Institutions. A reasonable portion is a limited amount of substantial parts of the Licensed Materials that can stand on their own as a coherent body of data that can be relevant for a larger audience, or an amount of insubstantial parts of the Licensed Materials. The systematic extraction and/or re-utilization of insubstantial Parts of the Database that could damage the Publisher conflicts with normal exploitation of the Database and is not authorized. The Licensee/Authorized User shall always mention the name of the Publisher and the designation of the Database.
Course Reserves (Print and Electronic). The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may use a reasonable portion of the Licensed Materials in connection with specific courses of instruction offered by the Participating Institutions. Participating Institution may post up to twenty-five (25) Articles or eBooks per semester, per course in PDF or HTML format for the purposes of electronic or print course reserves. All electronic course reserves should be on Licensee’s or Participating Institution internal, secured computer network accessible only to Authorized Users.
