Common use of Course Reserves (Print and Electronic) Clause in Contracts

Course Reserves (Print and Electronic). The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may use a reasonable portion of the Licensed Materials in connection with specific courses of instruction offered by the Participating Institutions.
