Counterparts; Copies. This Award Agreement may be signed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed to be an original and all of which when taken together will constitute the same agreement. Any copy of this Award Agreement made by reliable means (for example, photocopy, scanned copy or facsimile), is considered an original.
