Common use of Counterparts; Copies Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Copies. This Agreement may be executed simultaneously in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. For purposes of this Agreement, any copy, facsimile or telecommunication or other reliable reproduction of a writing, transmission or signature may be substituted and used in lieu of the original writing, transmission or signature for any and all purposes for which the original writing, transmission or signature could be used, provided that receipt of such copy, facsimile telecommunication or other reproduction shall have been confirmed by the sending party.
