Counterpart Funds. 2. The Borrower shall make available, through budgetary allocations or other means, all counterpart funds required for the timely and effective implementation of the Project, including funds required to mitigate unforeseen environmental, resettlement and other social impacts, and to meet additional costs arising from design changes, price escalation in construction costs or other unforeseen circumstances. Counterpart Funds. 6. The Borrower shall ensure that the Counterpart Funds are used to finance the local currency costs relating to the implementation of the Program and other activities consistent with the objectives of the Program and shall provide the necessary budget appropriations to finance the structural adjustment costs relating to the implementation of reforms under the Program. Counterpart Funds. 9. The Borrower shall ensure that the Counterpart Funds shall be used, first, to support the adjustment cost for reforms to be initiated and implemented under the Program, and, second, to finance expenditures for the general development purposes of the Borrower.
Counterpart Funds. The Borrower/Recipient shall ensure that counterpart funds are clearly identifiable in the financial management system and all financial statements.
Counterpart Funds. 2. The Borrower shall ensure that the Counterpart Funds are primarily used to finance the implementation of certain programs and activities consistent with the objectives of the Program.

The Borrower shall, and shall cause Punjab to, ensure that the Counterpart Funds shall be used, first, to support the adjustment cost for reforms to be initiated and implemented under the Program, and, second, to finance expenditures for the general development purposes of Punjab.
Counterpart Funds. 2. The Borrower shall cause CRC to ensure that counterpart funds and domestic commercial loan proceeds are provided in a timely manner, including any additional counterpart funds, as and when required, to meet any Project shortfall or cost overruns. The Borrower shall cause CRC to maintain adequate annual funding for the operation and maintenance of the Project facilities.

The Recipient shall make available through budgetary allocations or other means, all counterpart funds required for the timely and effective implementation of the Project including any funds required to make land available for the Project, to mitigate unforeseen environmental, resettlement and other social impacts, and to meet additional costs arising from design changes, price escalation in construction costs or other unforeseen circumstances.
Counterpart Funds. 15. (a) The Borrower shall ensure that (i) counterpart funds required during the Project implementation period are provided on time; (ii) annual budgetary appropriation requests are submitted in a timely manner; and (iii) appropriated funds are disbursed promptly when needed for Project implementation purposes.
Counterpart Funds. 4. The Borrower shall provide counterpart funds for Project implementation on time. MOFP shall make timely submission of annual budgetary appropriation request and ensure prompt disbursement of appropriated funds during each year of Project implementation.
