Counselling. 96.1 In cases where the manager/supervisor or the Chief Executive considers counselling to be the appropriate discipline action, the manager/supervisor or the Chief Executive will create a formal record of the counselling or action plan which will include details about the ways in which the employee’s conduct needs to change or improve and the time frames within which these changes or improvements must occur.
