Counseling Benefit. If requested by the Member involved in a Use of Weapon Incident or the Member’s Contracting Attorney, we will facilitate mental health counseling services for the Member in regard to the Member’s involvement in a Use of Weapon Incident. If we are unable to facilitate such a benefit, then we will pay for the Member’s requested mental health counseling services up to $150 per counseling session, subject to a maximum benefit for all Members of $1,500.00, for a total of no more than ten (10) visits. All mental health counseling services must be performed by a licensed psychiatrist, psychologist or social worker. No benefits are provided for any other medical or counseling services, including medications.

Counseling Benefit. If as the direct result of a Use of Weapon Incident a Member obtains mental health counseling from a licensed mental health provider, then Firearms Legal Protection will pay for the Member’s requested counseling services up to $125 per counseling session, subject to an aggregate benefit for all Members of $2,500. For this Benefit to apply, the Member must request this benefit through the Member Benefits Department at Firearms Legal Protection. All health counseling services must be performed by a licensed psychiatrist, psychologist, or social worker. This Benefit does not apply to any other medical or counseling services, including medications. This Benefit applies to the Premium and Family Benefit Plans only.

  • Training Benefits In the event that the Employer should introduce new methods or machines which require new or greater skills than are possessed by employees under the present method of operation, such employees shall, at the expense of the Employer, be given a reasonable period of time, in the opinion of the Employer, during which they may perfect or acquire the skills necessitated by the new method of operation. There shall be no change in wage or salary rates during the training period of any such employee.

  • Public Benefit It is Reaction Retail’s understanding that the commitments it has agreed to herein, and actions to be taken by Reaction Retail under this Settlement Agreement, would confer a significant benefit to the general public, as set forth in Code of Civil Procedure § 1021.5 and Cal. Admin. Code tit. 11, § 3201. As such, it is the intent of Reaction Retail that to the extent any other private party initiates an action alleging a violation of Proposition 65 with respect to Reaction Retail’s failure to provide a warning concerning exposure to DEHP prior to use of the Products it has manufactured, distributed, sold, or offered for sale in California, or will manufacture, distribute, sell, or offer for sale in California, such private party action would not confer a significant benefit on the general public as to those Products addressed in this Settlement Agreement, provided that Reaction Retail is in material compliance with this Settlement Agreement.

  • Housing Benefit The Landlord undertakes to reimburse the Agent for any claims arising from overpayment which may be made by the local authority in respect of housing benefit, or other benefit scheme, paid to or on behalf of the Tenant(s) as rent. This undertaking shall remain in force during the currency of the tenancy and up six years thereafter, whether or not the Agent continues to be engaged to let or manage the Property under this Agreement.

  • Education Benefits Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 5, academic staff members who qualify for benefits in accordance with Article 23.5.2.1 may take a credit, or non-credit language class offered by the University provided it does not interfere with performance of duties as determined by the Xxxx. The member and the Xxxx may discuss ways in which duties may be reassigned to make it possible for the member to take the class. Upon successful completion, reimbursement of tuition will be provided for one class per semester.

  • Public Benefits This Agreement provides assurances that the Public Benefits identified below will be achieved and developed in accordance with the Applicable Rules and Project Approvals and with the terms of this Agreement and subject to the City’s Reserved Powers. The Project will provide Public Benefits to the City, including without limitation:

  • Dental Benefits The County offers dental and orthodontic benefits to full and part-time regular employees and their eligible dependent(s). Benefit provisions, co­ payments and deductibles are outlined in the Evidence of Coverage. The employee contribution is $13 per pay period ($28.26 per month). The County shall contribute to part-time eligible employees on a pro-rated basis, in accordance with Section 10.2.6.

  • Educational Benefits a. A full-time employee may enroll for credit at the University for a maximum of two courses, or six credit hours, whichever is greater, in any one academic term with exemption from the payment of tuition and fees.

  • Counseling including marriage or pre-marital counseling, religious, family, career, social adjustment, pastoral or financial counseling.

  • Dental Benefit (1) A confirmed staff shall be eligible for reimbursement of expenses incurred for restorative and preventive dental treatment up to $150 per calendar year.

  • Health and Dental Benefits ‌ During the term of this MOU, the City will provide benefits to all half-time employees as defined by Article 4.1 (Part-Time Employment) of this MOU in accordance with the Civilian Modified Flexible Benefits Program (Flex Program) and any modifications thereto as recommended by the Joint Labor-Management Benefits Committee (JLMBC) and approved by the City Council. During the term of this MOU, the City agrees that it will not unilaterally impose a reduction in plan design or benefits for any benefit plan applicable to employees covered by this MOU. Nothing in this MOU, however, shall prevent the parties from jointly reaching agreement on plan design or benefits applicable to employees covered by this MOU. Additionally, nothing in this MOU constitutes a waiver by the Union or the City with respect to making changes to plan design or benefits. If there are any discrepancies between the benefits described in this Article and the Flex Program approved by the JLMBC, the Flex Program benefits will take precedence.
