Costs & Fees. All costs associated with the transportation, turn-in, transfer, repair, maintenance, insurance, disposal, repossession or other expenses related to property obtained through the LESO Program is the sole responsibility of the State and/or LEA.

Recipients are permitted to lend the equipment received under this agreement to a teacher, administrator, student, or employee in furtherance of educational goals.

Costs & Fees the registration fee for the SFAS Basic Training class is $150 for one 6 week long training class, which is one hour-length class session per week on the specified date and time. The fee is due upon registering prior to the beginning of the first class. Clients whom have adopted dogs from the Santa Fe Animal Shelter will be offered a 50% discount on the class fee. Should the client need to cancel his or her class registration, the registration fee is refundable up to 48hrs prior the start of the first class, after which it is non-refundable.
Costs & Fees. SAMPLE This Membership Agreement only provides for the Benefits specified herein according to the Membership Plan the Primary Member has selected. This Membership Agreement does not provide payment or indemnification for court costs, court reporter fees or costs, videography, civil or criminal penalties and fines, sanctions, filing fees, transcription, records cost or other costs, fees, or expenses.
