Cost of the SRO Program. A. The cost of the SRO Program shall be paid by the parties as set forth in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

Cost of the SRO Program. A. The Parties hereto acknowledge that there is a financial agreement between the Parties. The School District will reimburse the Summerset Police Department (“SSPD”) for 50% of the actual wages of the SSPD employee for a nine-month school year. This wage will include any overtime worked by the SRO for each period. This will include the wages of the SRO. The invoices for payment will be submitted monthly by the SSPD for a nine-month period starting in September and ending in May of each fiscal year.

The School District will reimburse the Rapid City Police Department $28,000 per officer per year for six officers. The invoices for payment will be submitted monthly by the RCPD for a nine-month period starting in September and ending in May of each fiscal year.

The summary of the costs will be approximately 680 hours of service during the academic calendar year provided by the Police Department to the Cooperative. The cost of those hours will be paid by the Cooperative at the current yearly full time officer rate plus the cost of benefits including PERA. The hourly full time officer rate of pay for 2019 is $35.16 per hour. The hourly full time officer rate of pay for 2020 is $36.39 per hour. The hourly fulltime officer rate with benefits and PERA for 2019 is $54.65. The hourly fulltime officer rate with benefits and PERA for 2020 is $56.05. The hourly rate will be increased yearly to be consistent with the Police Department LELS Local 176 contract.
Cost of the SRO Program. In consideration of the assignment of a police officer to work with OVUHS as provided herein, CVUHS agrees to pay the Town $ 00 per day for each day the officer works for CVUHS, not to exceed $85,000.00 for the 2018 - 2019 school year. The officer's weekly schedule will be mutually agreed upon in consultation with the Principal (or designee) of the school to which the officer is assigned. The officer may be asked to attend afternoon or evening events in addition to their regular day duty. Payment from CVUHS to the Town is due upon CVUHS's receipt of an itemized statement of cost from the Town. Such payment shall be processed in the ordinary course of the Supervisory Union’s warrant and payment schedule (typically 30 days). .

  • Procurement of the Site 10.3.1 Pursuant to the notice specified in Clause 4.1.2, the Authority Representative and the Concessionaire shall, on a mutually agreed date and time, inspect the Site and prepare a memorandum containing an inventory of the Site including the vacant and unencumbered land, buildings, structures, road works, trees and any other immovable property on or attached to the Site. Such memorandum shall have appended thereto an appendix (the “Appendix”) specifying in reasonable detail those parts of the Site to which vacant access and Right of Way has not been granted to the Concessionaire. Signing of the memorandum, in two counterparts (each of which shall constitute an original), by the authorised representatives of the Parties shall, subject to the provisions of Clause 10.2.2, be deemed to constitute a valid licence and Right of Way to the Concessionaire for free and unrestricted use and development of the vacant and unencumbered Site during the Concession Period under and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and for no other purpose whatsoever. For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that valid licence and Right of Way with respect to the parts of the Site as set forth in the Appendix shall be deemed to have been granted to the Concessionaire upon vacant access thereto being provided by the Authority to the Concessionaire.

  • Development Period The Contractor may commence pre-construction activities like utility shifting, boundary wall construction or any other activity assigned to the Contractor by the Authority to enable construction of the Project Highway immediately after signing of the Agreement, to the extent that such work is ready for execution. The Parties agree that these works may be taken up and completed to the extent feasible by the Contractor, before declaration of the Appointed Date, but no claim against the Authority for delay shall survive during this period and that the undertaking of these works by the Contractor shall not count towards the Scheduled Construction Period of the project which starts counting only from the Appointed Date. No construction activity of the Project Highway shall be undertaken during the development period.

  • Program Costs 3.1 The Province will pay the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Medicine for the costs of the Participant’s Postgraduate Medical Education. Annually, the cost to the Province to fund the Participant’s Postgraduate Medical Education is approximately $150,000, including the Participant’s salary and benefits.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project until the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the association of allottees upon the issuance of the completion certificate of the project. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Price of the Xxxx.

  • Development Costs With respect to activities prior to the Amendment Effective Date, each Party was to pay [*] of the total Direct Development Costs of a Product incurred in accordance with the Development Budget (as defined in the Original Agreement). Notwithstanding anything in this Article 6 of this Agreement or in any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, (i) all payments owing by CDS hereunder with respect to development activities prior to the Amendment Effective Date are hereby deemed fully paid by CDS (or waived, to the extent such waiver may be required), including any Development Payments, Compounded Development Payments, Determined Disputed Costs and Compounded Disputed Costs (as all defined in the Original Agreement), further including any penalties and interest which might have accrued with respect thereto, and further including all CDS payments deferred pursuant to that February 11, 2008 letter agreement sent by CDS and executed by CDS and Alimera regarding deferral of payments under the Original Agreement as of such date; (ii) all payments owing by Alimera hereunder with respect to development activities prior to the Amendment Effective Date are hereby deemed fully paid by Alimera (or waived, to the extent such waiver may be required), including any Development Payments, Compounded Development Payments, Determined Disputed Costs and Compounded Disputed Costs (as all defined in the Original Agreement), and further including any penalties and interest which might have accrued with respect thereto; and (iii) subject to Sections 3.1.1 and 3.1.2, from and after the Amendment Effective Date, CDS will have no liability whatsoever hereunder for any past, present or future development costs, including Direct Development Costs (which includes those incurred before, on and after the Amendment Effective Date), and instead Alimera shall have sole liability therefor.

  • Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.
