Cost of Service Study. For each Rate Year beginning January 1, 2022, unless otherwise agreed by the City and the Utility Policy Committee, the Rate Consultant shall conduct a Cost of Service Study identifying the Annual Revenue Requirements of the Public Water Supply System and the cost of service for each Customer Class for the upcoming Rate Year. The Cost of Service Study shall allocate the Annual Revenue Requirements to each Customer Class in a manner that, as closely as practical, reflects each Customer Classes’ proportional use of the Public Water Supply System. The allocation methodology will follow industry standards for proportional use, including using average water sales, peak (maximum day and hour) water demand, and the number and size of connections to the Public Water Supply System. The allocation methodology will differentiate between Customer Classes not between City Customers and Township Customers within Customer Classes. For purposes of allocating the Annual Revenue Requirements, the Cost of Service Study will express those revenue requirements on the Utility Basis, as set forth in Appendix E.

Cost of Service Study. 12.1 APS agrees in its next rate case to make available to parties its cost of service study in an Excel spreadsheet with inputs linked to outputs so that parties can change the inputs as necessary to reflect their position in the case. APS will meet and confer with stakeholders prior to filing to discuss the cost of service format.

  • Cost of Services Political Subdivision shall share some expenses for the above services, supplies and equipment. Additional elections may lower costs for each entity, and election cancellations may raise costs for each entity. It is understood that other political entities may wish to participate in the use of the County’s electronic voting equipment and polling locations, and it is agreed that Contracting Officer may enter into other contracts with entities for those purposes on terms and conditions generally similar to those set forth in this Agreement. Only the actual expenses directly attributable to this Agreement and any prorated shared expenses may be charged to Political Subdivision, plus a 10% administrative fee.

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Consultant shall complete the Services on or before December 31, 2019 (the “Deadline”), unless the Authority agrees to extend the Deadline for good reason; provided, however, that the Authority may terminate this Contract at any time in accordance with Section 14. Time is of the essence in performance of this Contract. There will be no obligation established between Authority and the Consultant for performance of the Services until Authority provides the Consultant execution of this Contract and receipt by the Authority of appropriate Certificates of Insurance and other documentation as may be required herein. Specifications for the Customer Facility and the location of the Point of Interconnection shall be set forth in an appendix to the Interconnection Service Agreement and shall conform to those stated in the Facilities Study.

  • Continuity of Service Except where there exists an emergency situation necessitating a more expeditious procedure, the Licensee shall use reasonable efforts to interrupt service for the purpose of Cable Communications System construction, routine repairing or testing the Cable System only during periods of minimum use. When necessary service interruptions can be anticipated, the Licensee shall notify Subscribers in advance via message on the community channel community bulletin board.

  • Quality of Service Contractor shall perform its services with care, skill, and diligence, in accordance with the applicable professional standards currently recognized by such profession, and shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, completeness, and coordination of all reports, designs, drawings, plans, information, specifications, and/or other items and services furnished under this Agreement. Contractor shall, without additional compensation, correct or revise any errors or deficiencies immediately upon discovery in its reports, drawings, specifications, designs, and/or other related items or services.

  • Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.
