Core Service Fee. In exchange for the Services provided on behalf of the Plan, the Redhawk Fee payable to Redhawk shall be an annual fee paid quarterly in accordance with the table below. The asset based fee will be charged quarterly in arrears based on the Plan’s total assets at the end of each calendar quarter.
