  • Individual Contracts The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be reflected in individual contracts or employment agreements.

  • Copies of Agreements The Union and the Employer desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and his/her rights and obligations under it. For this reason the Union shall print sufficient copies of this Agreement for distribution to employees. The cost of printing shall be borne by the Union. The Employer shall provide a copy of the Collective Agreement to new employees.

  • Copies of Contract Documents to Contractor Without charge to the Contractor the Design Professional shall furnish to the Contractor up to five sets of completed Contract Documents in hardcopy, one set of reproducible and electronic background floor and reflected ceiling plan drawings and, if requested, one copy in read-only electronic format. The Contractor may obtain such additional sets of Contract Documents, as the Contractor deems necessary and shall pay the cost of reproduction of such additional sets to the Design Professional.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to bind every subcontractor approved by the OWNER to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. The CONTRACTOR agrees that he is fully responsible to the OWNER for the acts and omissions of his subcontractor, as CONTRACTOR is for the acts and omissions of himself and of persons directly employed by him.
