Cooperation with the Lessee. The Lessor, the Participants and the Agent shall, to the extent reasonably requested by the Lessee (but without assuming additional liabilities, duties or other obligations on account thereof), at the Lessee's expense, cooperate with the Lessee in connection with its covenants contained herein including, without limitation, at any time and from time to time, upon the request of the Lessee, to promptly and duly execute and deliver any and all such further instruments, documents and financing statements (and continuation statements related thereto) as the Lessee may reasonably request in order to perform such covenants.
Cooperation with the Lessee. The Lessor Parties and the Agent shall, at the expense of and to the extent reasonably requested by the Lessee (but without assuming additional liabilities on account thereof and only to the extent such is acceptable to the Lessor Parties and the Agent in their reasonable discretion), cooperate with the Lessee in connection with the Lessee satisfying its covenant obligations contained in the Operative Agreements including at any time and from time to time, promptly and duly executing and delivering any and all such further instruments, documents and financing statements (and continuation statements related thereto).
Cooperation with the Lessee. The Primary Financing Parties and the Agent shall, at the expense of and to the extent reasonably requested by the Lessee (but without assuming additional liabilities on account thereof and only to the extent such is acceptable to the Primary Financing Parties and/or the Agent , as applicable, in their reasonable discretion), cooperate with the Lessee in connection with the Lessee satisfying its covenant obligations contained in the Operative Agreements including without limitation at any time and from time to time, promptly and duly executing and delivering any and all such further instruments, documents and financing statements (and continuation statements related thereto).
Cooperation with the Lessee. The Credit Lenders, the Mortgage Lenders, the Lessor and the Agent shall, at the expense of and to the extent reasonably requested by the Lessee (but without assuming additional liabilities on account thereof and only to the extent such is acceptable to the Credit Lenders, the Mortgage Lenders, the Lessor and the Agent in their commercially reasonable discretion), cooperate with the Lessee in connection with the Lessee satisfying its covenant obligations contained in the Operative Agreements including at any time and from time to time, promptly and duly executing and delivering any and all such further instruments, documents and financing statements (and continuation statements related thereto).
Cooperation with the Lessee. The Lessor, the Facility Lender and the Indenture Trustee shall, to the extent reasonably requested by Lessee (but without assuming additional liabilities on account thereof), at Lessee's expense, cooperate with Lessee in connection with its covenants contained herein including, without limitation, at any time and from time to time, upon the request of Lessee, to promptly and duly execute and deliver any and all such further instruments, documents and financing statements and continuation statements related thereto) as Lessee may reasonably request in order to perform such covenants. Each of the Lessor, the Facility Lender and the Indenture Trustee agrees that, to the extent it shall obtain actual knowledge of the occurrence of an Event of Default, a Loan Agreement Event of Default or an Indenture Event of Default under the Operative Documents, it shall promptly notify Lessee describing the same in reasonable detail.
Cooperation with the Lessee. The Indenture Trustee shall, to the --------------------------- extent reasonably requested by the Lessee, cooperate with the Lessee, at the Lessee's expense, to enable the Lessee to perform the covenants contained in Section 10.6 and to make such filings and recordings as the may be reasonably requested by the Lessee to accomplish the purposes of this Participation Agreement and the other Operative Documents, including, without limitation, at any time and from time to time, upon request of the Lessee promptly and duly executing and delivering any and all such further instruments, documents and financing statements (and continuation statements related thereto) as the Lessee may request in order to perform such covenants and to make such filings and recordings.
Cooperation with the Lessee. The Holders, the Lenders, the Lessor (at the direction of the Majority Secured Parties) and the Agent shall, at the expense of and to the extent reasonably requested by the Lessee (but without assuming additional liabilities on account thereof and only to the extent such additional liabilities are acceptable to the Agent in its reasonable judgment), cooperate with the Lessee in connection with the Lessee satisfying its covenant obligations contained in the Operative Agreements including without limitation at any time and from time to time, promptly and duly executing and delivering any and all such further instruments, documents and financing statements (and continuation statements related thereto) as the Lessee may reasonably request.
Cooperation with the Lessee. The Agents and each of the Participants shall, to the extent reasonably requested by the Lessee (but without assuming additional liability on account thereof), as a Transaction Cost and at the Lessee’s expense after the Closing Date, cooperate to allow the Lessee to further the Lessee’s requirements as lessee of the Leased Property including, without limitation, to file any statement
Cooperation with the Lessee. The Holders, the Lenders, the Lessor (at the direction of the Majority Secured Parties) and the Agent shall, at the expense of and to the extent reasonably requested by the Lessee (but without assuming additional liabilities on account thereof and only to the extent such is acceptable to the Holders, the Lenders, the Lessor (at the direction of the Majority Secured Parties) and the Agent in their reasonable discretion), cooperate with the Lessee in connection with the Lessee satisfying its covenant obligations contained in the Operative Agreements including without limitation at any time and from time to time, promptly and duly executing and delivering any and all such further instruments, documents and financing statements (and continuation statements related thereto) as the Lessee may reasonably request in order to perform such covenants. The Lessor agrees that, to the extent it shall obtain actual knowledge of the occurrence of a Default caused by the Lessor or any of its Affiliates, it shall promptly notify the Lessee describing the same in reasonable detail.
Cooperation with the Lessee. The Gxxxxxx Xrustee shall, to the extent reasonably so requested by the Lessee, cooperate with the Lessee, at the Lessee's expense, to enable the Lessee to make the filings and recordings listed in Schedule 3, including, without limitation, at any time and from time to time, upon the request of the Lessee promptly and duly executing and delivering any and all such further instruments, documents and financing statements (and continuation statements related thereto) as the Lessee may request in order to perform such covenants and to make such filings and recordings.
