Common use of Cooperation with the Lessee Clause in Contracts

Cooperation with the Lessee. The Lessor, the Participants and the Agent shall, to the extent reasonably requested by the Lessee (but without assuming additional liabilities, duties or other obligations on account thereof), at the Lessee's expense, cooperate with the Lessee in connection with its covenants contained herein including, without limitation, at any time and from time to time, upon the request of the Lessee, to promptly and duly execute and deliver any and all such further instruments, documents and financing statements (and continuation statements related thereto) as the Lessee may reasonably request in order to perform such covenants.

Cooperation with the Lessee. The Lessor, the Participants Lessor and the Agent shall, to the extent reasonably requested by the Lessee (but without assuming additional liabilities, duties or other obligations liabilities on account thereof), at the Lessee's ’s expense, cooperate with the Lessee in connection with its covenants contained herein including, without limitation, at any time and from time to time, upon the request of the Lessee, to promptly and duly execute executing and deliver delivering any and all such further instruments, documents and financing statements (and continuation statements related thereto) as the Lessee may reasonably request in order to perform such covenants.

Cooperation with the Lessee. The LessorHolders, the Participants Owner Trustee (at the direction of the Holders) and the Agent shall, to the extent reasonably requested by the Lessee (but without assuming additional liabilities, duties or other obligations liabilities on account thereof), at the Lessee's expense, cooperate with the Lessee in connection with its covenants contained herein including, without limitation, at any time and from time to time, upon the request of the Lessee, to promptly and duly execute executing and deliver delivering any and all such further instruments, documents and financing statements (and continuation statements related thereto) as the Lessee may reasonably request in order to perform such covenants.
