Common use of Cooperation with the Lessee Clause in Contracts

Cooperation with the Lessee. The Lessor Parties and the Agent shall, at the expense of and to the extent reasonably requested by the Lessee (but without assuming additional liabilities on account thereof and only to the extent such is acceptable to the Lessor Parties and the Agent in their reasonable discretion), cooperate with the Lessee in connection with the Lessee satisfying its covenant obligations contained in the Operative Agreements including at any time and from time to time, promptly and duly executing and delivering any and all such further instruments, documents and financing statements (and continuation statements related thereto).
