Lessor Parties definition

Lessor Parties. As defined in Section 38.6.
Lessor Parties means Lessor, the Participants and Agent.
Lessor Parties means and include each and all of Lessor and Lessor’s trustees, members, managers, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, assigns and any successors to Lessor’s interest in the Premises, and (b) “Lessee Parties” shall mean and include each and all of Lessee and Lessee’s trustees, members, managers, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, assigns and any successors to Lessee’s interest in the Property.

Examples of Lessor Parties in a sentence

  • Any sublease which does not satisfy each of the requirements of the immediately preceding sentence shall be null and void as to the Lessor Parties and their successor and assigns.

  • If Lessee fails to pay any such Indemnified Taxes when due to the appropriate taxing authority or fails to remit to Lessor the required receipts or other required documentary evidence, Lessee shall indemnify the Lessor Parties for any incremental taxes, interest or penalties that may become payable by the Lessor Parties as a result of any such failure.

  • Nothing expressed in or to be implied from this Agreement is intended to give, or shall be construed to give, any Person, other than the Lessor Parties and Lessee and their permitted successors and assigns, any benefit or legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or by virtue of this Agreement or under or by virtue of any provision herein.

  • Lessor is not an agent for the Participants or Agent, and neither this Agreement nor any other Operative Document shall be construed to constitute or evidence a partnership among the Lessor Parties or otherwise to impose upon Lessor or Agent any fiduciary duty.

  • Nothing contained in this Agreement or any other Operative Documents shall be deemed to require the payment of interest or other charges by Lessee in excess of the amount the applicable Lessor Parties may lawfully charge under applicable usury laws.


More Definitions of Lessor Parties

Lessor Parties means Lessor, its shareholders, directors, officers and employees.
Lessor Parties and “Lessee Parties”. The term “Lessor Parties” shall mean and include each and all of Lessor and Lessor’s trustees, members, managers, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, assigns and any successors to Lessor’s interest in the Premises, and (b) “Lessee Parties” shall mean and include each and all of Lessee and Lessee’s trustees, members, managers, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, assigns and any successors to Lessee’s interest in the Property.
Lessor Parties shall have the meaning specified in Section 19.1(b).
Lessor Parties means, individually or collectively, Lessor, its Affiliates, and any of their authorized representatives, agents, employees, managers, and each of their respective officers, directors, paiiners, members, managers, agents, employees, and representatives.
Lessor Parties is defined in Section 6.6.
Lessor Parties means the Lessor and the Lease Participants.
Lessor Parties has the meaning specified in the definition of Lessor Lien.
