Control rights of the Customer. The Customer or a representative appointed by the Customer has a right of control with regard to proper processing of personal data and other operational data processed on behalf of the Customer. The rights of control will be exercised in consultation with Entco. Entco is obliged to assist the Customer in such controls and any controls of the competent authorities. These controls must be carried out in consideration of the business processes and Entco's need for security and confidentiality. The control of standardized services will be performed by controlling the test documents professionally created and submitted by Entco. Entco is also obliged to apply the control rights of the Customer to the subcontractors of Entco tasked with processing the Customer's data.
Control rights of the Customer. 1. The Customer is entitled to inspections, which are necessary to comply with the obligations incumbent on him according to the GDPR. The right of inspection is to be exercised with a reasonable notice period and during the normal business hours of the Processor. In order to reduce the effects of inspections on its business operations, the Processor is entitled to combine them with those of other Customers, insofar as this is reasonable for the Customer (e.g. joint inspection dates carried out within a reasonable period of time). The Customer shall ensure that inspections are only carried out to the extent necessary in order not to disrupt the Processor's business operations disproportionately.
Control rights of the Customer. 5.1 The Contractor shall provide the Customer with all necessary information to prove compliance with the obligations set forth in Art. 28 GDPR (Art. 28 (3) sentence 2 letter h GDPR).

The Customer shall have the right to carry out inspections in consultation with the Contractor or to have inspections carried out by inspectors to be named in individual cases. The Customer shall have the right to satisfy itself of the Contractor's compliance with this This agreement in its business operations by means of spot checks, of which notice must be given in good time.
