Neither GCSCS, any co-sponsor or convention center or other exhibit space provider will be responsible for the performance or any act or omission of these contractors.

TGE, any co-sponsor or convention center or other exhibit space provider will not be responsible for the performance or any act or omission of these contractors.

These services, if desired, may be arranged for with TGE, any co-sponsor or third party graphic artist. TGE not be responsible for the performance or any act or omission of these contractors.
CONTRACTOR SERVICES INFORMATION. GS1 US, in the best interest of the exhibition, may select certain firms to serve as official contractors to provide necessary support and facilities services. All other such contractors are excluded from exhibit activities unless approved in advance in writing by GS1 US. GS1 US, in its sole and absolute discretion, may make available the assistance of a third party to help Exhibitor/Sponsor with various activities in connection with their space/booth, including assistance with setting up and/or removing Exhibitor/Sponsor’s exhibition at the Event. The choice as to whether Exhibitor/Sponsor utilizes the services of any such third party provided by GS1 US for such purposes shall be its own decision and its own risk. In no event shall GS1 US be liable or responsible to Exhibitor/Sponsor in any way related to the actions or inactions of such third parties in their assistance of Exhibitor/Sponsor, including any negligence or other injuries (up to and including death) caused directly or indirectly by such parties.   • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic.
