Common use of Continuation of Rights and Benefits Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Rights and Benefits. An employee receiving payment for a compensable injury under Worker’s Compensation shall accumulate seniority and shall be entitled to all benefits under this Collective Agreement, while on Worker’s Compensation; the Employer shall continue to pay the Employer’s share of all premiums for employee benefit plans to a maximum of twenty-four (24) months.
