Common use of Consent of Lessor Clause in Contracts

Consent of Lessor. Except as specifically set forth in this Lease, all consents and approvals to be granted by Lessor shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, and Lessee’s sole remedy against Lessor for the failure to grant any consent shall be to seek injunctive relief. In no circumstance will Lessee be entitled to damages with respect to the failure to grant any consent or approval.

Consent of Lessor. (a) Except as specifically set forth specified otherwise in specific Sections of this Lease, all consents and approvals Lessor's consent to any request of Lessee may be granted by conditioned or withheld in Lessor's sole discretion.
