Where damage to the footpath or crossing occurs during the construction of the Pool caused by activities of the Contractor in the course of construction of the Pool and the Territorial Authority will not refund the deposit or release the bond the Owner shall be responsible to make good any damage or make any payments or deductions to the Territorial Authority to satisfy the requirements of the bond or otherwise.
