Consent of Master Lessor. 9.1 In the event that the Master Lease requires that Sublessor obtain the consent of Master Lessor to any subletting by Sublessor then, this Sublease shall not be effective unless, within ten days of the date hereof, Master Lessor signs this Sublease thereby giving its consent to this Subletting.

Consent of Master Lessor. 9.1 In the event that the Master Lease requires that Sublessor obtain the consent of Master Lessor to any subletting by Sublessor then, this Sublease shall not be effective unless, within ten days of the date hereof. (b) The acceptance of Rent by Master Lessor from Sublessee or anyone else liable under the Master Lease shall not be deemed a waiver by Master Lessor of any provisions of the Master Lease. (c) The consent to this Sublease shall not constitute a consent to any subsequent subletting or assignment. (d) In the event of any Default of Sublessor under the Master Lease, Master Lessor may proceed directly against any Sublessor, guarantors or anyone else liable under the Master Lease or this Sublease without first exhausting Master Lessor's remedies against any other person or entity liable thereon to Master Lessor. (e)
Consent of Master Lessor. If Sublessee desires to take any action which requires the consent of Master Lessor pursuant to the terms of the Master Lease, including, without limitation, making any alterations or entering into a further sublease or assignment of this Sublease, then, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, (a) Sublessor shall have the same rights of approval or disapproval as Master Lessor has under the Master Lease, (b) Sublessee shall not take any such action until it obtains the consent of both Sublessor and Master Lessor and (c) Sublessee shall request that Sublessor obtain Master Lessor's consent on Sublessee's behalf, unless Sublessor agrees that Sublessee may contact Master Lessor directly with respect to the specific action for which Master Lessor's consent is required.

Consent of Master Lessor. Wherever Sublessor’s consent is required under this Sublease, the consent of Master Lessor shall also be required (to the extent set forth in the Master Lease). Whenever Master Lessor’s consent is required under the Master Lease, the consent of Sublessor shall also be required, but will not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Consent of Master Lessor. If Sublessee desires to take any action which requires the consent of Master Lessor pursuant to the terms of the Master Lease, including, without limitation, the making of any alterations, then, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, (a) Sublessor, independently, shall have the same rights of approval or disapproval as Master Lessor has under the Master Lease, (b) Sublessee shall not take any such action until it obtains the consent of both Sublessor and Master Lessor, and (c) Sublessee shall request that Sublessor obtain Master Lessor's consent on Sublessee's behalf and Sublessor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain such consent, unless Sublessor and Master Lessor agree that Sublessee may contact Master Lessor directly with respect to the specific action for which Master Lessor's consent is required. Any consent required of Sublessor conclusively shall be deemed reasonably withheld, if consent also is required of the Master Lessor, and Master Lessor withholds Master Lessor's consent.
