Strony uzgodniły przecież program kształcenia na podstawie katalogu przedmiotów udostępnionego przez uczelnię przyjmującą, która jest zobowiązana do regularnego aktualizowania katalogu przedmiotów. Xxxxx strona może poprosić o wprowadzenie zmian do LA w terminie do 5 tygodni od rozpoczęcia danego semestru. Prośba powinna być rozpatrzona przez wszystkie strony bez zbędnej zwłoki i nie później niż 2 tygodnie od daty złożenia prośby. W przypadku zmian wynikających z przedłużenia okresu mobilności, prośba studenta powinna być złożona najpóźniej na miesiąc przed terminem pierwotnego zakończenia mobilności. Zmiany powinny być wpisane do tabel A2 i B2, natomiast tabele A i B nie powinny być modyfikowane. Wszystkie tabele (A, B, A2, B2) powinny być przechowywane w teczce studenta w uczelni wysyłającej. Zmiany do programu kształcenia w uczelni przyjmującej powinny być zapisane w tabeli A2. Przyczyny zmian, które należy wpisać do tabeli A2 są podane w przypisie 12. Przykład: Tabelę B2 należy sporządzić tylko w przypadku, kiedy zmiany opisane w tabeli A2 wpłyną na zakres przedmiotów, xxxxx są wpisane w tabeli B. Zmiana osób odpowiedzialnych Jeżeli zmieniają się osoby odpowiedzialne za uzgodnienia dydaktyczne w uczelni wysyłającej lub przyjmującej należy to odnotować w poniższej tabeli. Życzeniem Komisji Europejskiej jest, aby minimalizować zużycie papieru, w związku z czym dopuszcza się elektroniczną wymianę dokumentów (np. wiadomość mailowa, skan dokumentu) bez potrzeby ich dostarczania w formie oryginalnie podpisanego dokumentu. Jednak, jeżeli regulacje krajowe wymagają posiadania podpisanych dokumentów, w tabeli/ach należy dodać miejsce na złożenie podpisu.

To limit the use of paper the changes can be accepted via an email exchange which should then be sent to the International Student Team for audit purposes AFTER THE PERIOD ABROAD After the mobility, your host institution should either send a Transcript of Records table to you and to Cambridge within a period stipulated in the Inter-Institutional Agreement (normally within five weeks after publication/proclamation of the student’s results at the host institution). It can be provided electronically or through any other means accessible to the student and Cambridge An alternative form of transcript can be accepted but it must include all of the details in the table including the start and end dates of the placement. The actual start and end dates of the study period should be included according to the following definitions: - The start date of the study period is the first day the student has been present at the Receiving Institution.
