Beneficiary Brochure and Provider Lists Contractor agrees to provide Medi-Cal clients who are new to the Mental Health System with a brochure (an original of which shall be provided by County) when a client first receives a specialty mental health service from the Contractor. Such brochure shall contain a description of County services available; a description of the process for obtaining County services, including the County’s state-wide toll- free telephone number; a list of the County’s providers; a description of the County’s beneficiary problem resolution process, including the complaint resolution and grievance processes; and a description of the beneficiary’s right to request a fair hearing at any time before, during or within 90 days after the completion of the beneficiary problem resolution process.

The contractor further declares under penalty of perjury that they adhere to the Sweatfree Code of Conduct as set forth on the California Department of Industrial Relations website located at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx, and Public Contract Code Section 6108.

  • Business Conduct Merger Sub was incorporated on November 5, 2020. Since its inception, Merger Sub has not engaged in any activity, other than such actions in connection with (a) its organization and (b) the preparation, negotiation and execution of this Agreement and the Transactions. The standards of conduct shall provide for disciplinary actions to be applied for violations of the standards by officers, employees, or agents of the Recipient.

  • Registry Code of Conduct In connection with the operation of the registry for the TLD, Registry Operator shall comply with the Registry Code of Conduct as set forth in Specification 9 attached hereto (“Specification 9”).

  • REGISTRY OPERATOR CODE OF CONDUCT 1. In connection with the operation of the registry for the TLD, Registry Operator will not, and will not allow any parent, subsidiary, Affiliate, subcontractor or other related entity, to the extent such party is engaged in the provision of Registry Services with respect to the TLD (each, a “Registry Related Party”), to:

Notwithstanding any language in this Contract that relates to such statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order, and notwithstanding a lack of a formal amendment to this Contract, this Contract shall always be read and interpreted as if it contained the most current and applicable wording and requirements of such statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order as if their most current language had been used in and requirements incorporated into this Contract at the time of its execution.
