Compensation to ACC. In consideration for the designation as the “Preferred Audio-Visual Provider” and “Exclusive Rigging Provider” for the Ballroom, Meeting Rooms, Arena, and in Exhibit Halls not containing exhibit(s), the Selected Provider shall pay the ACC certain percentage commissions as identified by the Proposer, and accepted by the ACC, based on Gross Revenues generated from the provision of services to Tenants, exhibitors, attendees and other visitors of the ACC. Compensation to ACC. In consideration for the designation as the “Preferred Audio-Visual Provider” and “Exclusive Rigging Provider” for the Ballroom, Meeting Rooms, Arena, ACC North 200 Level, and in Exhibit Halls not containing exhibit(s), the Selected Provider shall pay the ACC certain percentage commissions as identified by the Proposer, and accepted by the ACC, based on Gross Revenues generated from the provision of services to Tenants, exhibitors, attendees and other visitors of the ACC. The percentage commission rate submitted by the Proposer shall be reflected on the official bid proposal form (Appendix A) and filed in the manner prescribed in Section 3.11. Percentage commissions will commence upon the first event serviced following the execution of the Preferred Audio-Visual Service Agreement but no later than 30 days following the Award of the Contract. The minimum annual compensation to be paid by the Selected Provider to the ACC shall be Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($650,000) in Year 1; Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ($700,000) in Year 2; Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000) in Year 3 and any extension periods, payable in twelve equal installments or based on the monthly commission, whichever is greater until such time each year that the annual minimum has been met. All monies paid as percentage commissions will apply toward the annual minimum guarantee. Gross Revenues are defined as the total of all revenue invoiced for equipment rental and/or services, including all labor, provided at the ACC during the contractual period.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.

  • Injury Compensation Employees covered by this Agreement shall be covered by Subchapter I of Chapter 81 of Title 5, and any amendments thereto, relating to compensation for work injuries.   • ' COMPENSATION BENEFITS In accordance with Section 142 of the State Finance Law, this contract shall be void and of no force and effect unless the Contractor shall provide and maintain coverage during the life of this contract for the benefit of such employees as are required to be covered by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.

  • Basic Compensation (a) SALARY.
