Common use of Communicable Disease Protection Clause in Contracts

Communicable Disease Protection. To protect against the contraction of communicable disease for those employees working at demonstrable at risk worksites, the Employer agrees to pay any cost, not covered by an employee's own medical insurance coverage, for injections or medications (specifically hepatitis and tuberculosis).
