COMMENCEMENT RATES. The correct classification (i.e. Community Development Worker Class I, Community Development Worker Class II, Community Development Worker Class III) shall be determined for the employee on the basis of the definition of classification as set out. The starting point on the incremental scale for the classification is then determined according to the employee’s qualification and job tasks or job title within the classification.

COMMENCEMENT RATES. An unqualified Welfare Worker with less than twelve months’ experience working without direct supervision by a qualified welfare worker or social worker, and including a person employed under this clause working as a sole welfare worker, shall commence at the rate not less than Unqualified Welfare Worker, 5th point; and • An Unqualified Welfare Worker, who is a sole welfare worker or performs his/her duties without direct supervision, shall commence at the rate not less than Unqualified Welfare Worker, 6th point. However, by mutual agreement between the employer and employee this condition may be waived. Provided that where an employee under this part is reclassified by his/her existing employer from Class I to Class II or Class II to Class III, the following shall apply:
COMMENCEMENT RATES. All new employees shall start on Level 1 of their applicable Band. At the completion of the probationary period there will be a performance based salary review and a higher salary level may be awarded. Transition Arrangements All currently employed staff will transition from their June 30, 2006 ‘annualised’ salary level to the salary level that is detailed in Appendix 1. All such ‘transitional’ salary increases will be backdated to July 1, 2006 and any salary sacrifice fees paid since that date will be reimbursed.

Other species or products not listed in A2 may be cut and removed upon written approval of Contracting Officer and subject to agreement on rates of payment and deposits if needed for road maintenance and use.   • Non-Student Rates The Residence Fees payable under this Agreement are a special student rate for full-time students of the Institution. If the Resident ceases to be a full-time student of the Institution, and wishes to continue to occupy a Room: (i) the Resident must deliver a written request to the Manager no later than two (2) business days after ceasing to be a full-time student of the Institution, which the Manager may accept or reject in its sole and unfettered discretion, and (ii) if the request is accepted by the Manager, the Resident must pay within two (2) business days of receiving notice of that acceptance (a) any unpaid Residence Fees (whether or not otherwise due) and (b) a supplementary fee equal to the difference between (1) the product of the number of days remaining in the Term as of two (2) business days after the date on which the Resident ceases to be a full-time student of the Institution and the daily conference rate then charged by the Manager for rooms in the Residence, minus (2) the Residence Fees.

  • TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION 2.1 The Contractor shall commence the Work upon the date established in the Notice to Proceed.

  • Date of Commencement This Agreement has commenced and shall be deemed to have commenced on and with effect from the date mentioned at the beginning of this Agreement.
